Seed Oil Scout is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to own the roll out of our restaurant verification platform and CPG certification program. The ideal candidate will be eager to build partnerships with national brands in the health and wellness industry, as well as design full marketing and customer onboarding cycles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do
Reporting to our Founder, you’ll be responsible for the following:
Restaurant Verification Program:
- Design and implement the full marketing and customer onboarding/success lifecycle.
- Create and execute restaurant partner acquisition strategies.
- Monitor and report on program growth and success metrics.
CPG Brand Management:
- Lead CPG brand partnerships for Seed Oil Safe certification.
- Develop and execute CPG partner onboarding processes.
- Drive revenue growth through CPG partnerships.
Newsletter & Marketing Partnerships:
- Strategically manage partnerships across our 500K subscriber newsletter network
- Identify and secure high-value newsletter partnership opportunities
- Optimize partnership placement and performance
- Track and report on partnership engagement metrics
Strategic National Partnerships:
- Develop and execute national B2B sales campaigns
- Navigate and negotiate large corporate partnership agreements
- Create and implement bundled discount programs
- Lead co-marketing initiatives with national brand partners
Program Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal) on partnership integration
- Monitor and report on overall partnership program health and impact
- Develop and refine partnership proposals and presentations
- Manage partnership-related issues and maintain positive relationships
KEY COMPETENCIES
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or similar role
- Proven experience in restaurant partnerships or B2B sales
- Demonstrated success in organizing national B2B sales campaigns
- Experience navigating and closing large corporate partnerships
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking
