KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do
Reporting to our Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for the following:
- Digital Community Management: Monitor, engage, and moderate our communities across Discord, Slack, and social media platforms to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and execute virtual and in-person meetups, gatherings, and community events that bring our members together around seed oil-free dining.
- Member Support: Respond to community questions, concerns, and feedback across all platforms with empathy and professionalism.
- Content Curation: Share relevant community stories, member wins, and educational content that adds value to our community spaces.
- Growth Initiatives: Implement strategies to attract new members and maintain high engagement levels within existing communities.
- Community Insights: Gather and share community feedback with the product and marketing teams to inform company decisions.
- Social Listening: Monitor conversations across platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and potential concerns within our community.
- Cross-Platform Engagement: Maintain consistent community experience across X (Twitter), Instagram DMs, Discord, and other platforms.
